Creating Music Video

Our first task in the new unit of media work was to complete a music video of the song "Raindrops keep falling on my head". As a group we planned the music video in sequences of what we would like to include. We decided that we would have a stereotypical view upon the music video with the main singer dressed in a suit to fit in with the genre. When it came to filming the music video there were a few problems that we came across inparticular the camera person making sure that the camera was kept still when we filmed particular scenes. Also the person whom was lip singing found it difficult to try and stay with the best of the music. Overall , I would say that the experience was rewarding and really concentrated on two key points within Andrew Goodwins theory which was the relationship between the visuals and the music and the iconography within the music.
